BIOCAD launches six innovative products into the international market

BIOCAD and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding signed the Agreement on joint venture establishment in China.

Dmitry Medvedev, Russian Prime Minister and Li Keqiang, State Council Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of China witnessed the final agreement signing between BIOCAD and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding on the joint venture establishment on September 17, within XIV government heads’ regular meeting. The goal is six Russian innovative biopharmaceutical products launch on the market. The joint venture capital amount is 400 million US dollars.

The joint venture can use own resources in order to conduct clinical trials at the later stages both in China and EU, thus providing the best clinical data to doctors and regulators as well.

CJSC «BIOCAD» pharmaceutical industry construction in St. Petersburg’s Pushkin District is recognized as St. Petersburg strategic investment project. The project implementation Agreement between the pharmaceutical company and St. Petersburg was signed on June 2, 2017 at St. Petersburg International Economic Forum site.
