Investment tax deduction was discussed in St. Petersburg

Eduard Batanov, St. Petersburg Vice-Governor discussed the key city investment projects implementation at a meeting with representatives of the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA). First of all, they discussed «Petersburgsky» Saint Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex  reconstruction projects launch, Kupchino-Shushary-Slavyanka tram line construction and Latitudinal Highway first stage.

The vice-governor paid attention to the investment tax deduction and the opportunity to provide land to the investor in while implementing Public–private partnership projects while talking about new tools to support the investors. Currently St. Petersburg executive state authorities together with the expert and business community representatives are working on the introduction options, tax deduction parameters and tax payers categories, able to get it.

The meeting participants were also interested in the transport services reform. Eduard Batanov explained the main changes and emphasized that the city will get a convenient modern transport system as a result. The old minibuses, causing a lot of complaints, will be replaced by new comfortable buses, equipped with modern fare payment and passenger flow measurement systems as well.
