The Government approved an alternative site for the temple construction in the Krasnogvardeysky district

St. Petersburg Government approved the land provision in the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Orthodox local religious organization «Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul»

«A new site for the church construction was allocated in the Porokhovye Municipal Okrug of the Krasnogvardeisky district, on Peredovikov Street, section 70a, Roman Golovanov, St. Petersburg Investment Committee chairman said. An Orthodox church, a Sunday school, a bell tower and a chapel are going to be built here».

2.7 hectares site is provided in return for the previously considered land within the Malinovka park boundaries due to multiple citizens’ requests, opposing its development. Besides there was given an order to hasten the park inclusion in the green spaces list for general use as well as to ensure its improvement.

The facilities construction term and the contract validity terms for the gratuitous land use is 120 months.
