New multi-level parking was launched in Krasnoselsky district

State Construction Supervision in St. Petersburg agreed to launch a new multi-story parking, built in Krasnoselsky district on Desantnikov street, 1 on November 25, 2019.

The building area amounted to over 2,3 thousand square meters. The object is a seven-story parking space with a total area of ​​13,750 square meters and with a capacity of 375 cars.

The project implementation was supported by St. Petersburg Investment Committee’s specialists and the subordinate institution of «Investment Management» St. Petersburg State Budget Institution. The investment conditions imply 33 parking places transfer by «Fortuna» LLC investor to the city’s ownership.
