Results of the work of the One Stop Shop front office in November 2020

For the period from October 1 to 19 of November 30, specialists of the One-Stop-Shop for investors front office had received 72 applications for preliminary approval of provision of land plots, for provision of land plots without bidding, on conclusion of an agreement on development of land plots and on holding a bidding for sale of land plots on investment terms.

Potential investors apply for land plots for construction of outpatient and polyclinic service facilities, cultural and leisure activity facilities, a retail, car repairs and parking facility in different parts of the city.
