COMMITTEE’S TASKS:

1. St. Petersburg state policy implementation in the investment and public-private partnership field.
2. Measures development and implementation, aimed at a favorable investment climate creation in St. Petersburg and investments raising, public-private partnerships development in St. Petersburg, investment projects implementation, including strategic investment projects of St. Petersburg (hereinafter - strategic projects), agreements signing and fulfilling, signed with St. Petersburg strategic investors and strategic partners.
3. St. Petersburg state power executive bodies’ activities coordination in the field of investment raising in real estate, public-private partnerships, as well as in the strategic projects implementation, the agreements signing and fulfilling with St. Petersburg strategic investors and agreements with St. Petersburg strategic partners.
4. Investment projects support, including strategic projects, as well as investment projects implemented through St. Petersburg participation in public-private partnership.
5. The real estate and property rights provision process implementation within the investment terms.
6. Documentation preparation, required for the investment projects implementation in real estate field. 
7. Conditions and proposals development to be included in investment contracts.
8. Other tasks implementation in the investment raising field in real estate in accordance with the applicable law.
