Creation of a public and business multifunctional complex with exhibition areas, engineering infrastructure facilities, through the implementation of works on the adaptation of cultural heritage objects for modern use without changing the subject of protection, design and reconstruction of real estate owned by St. Petersburg.

The project provides for the restoration and restoration of the architectural monument, the creation of an open public space that will become a bright cultural center of the city, a business card for intellectual and creative groups from all over the world.

The project implementation is divided into 5 stages. At the moment, a positive conclusion of the expert examination of the project documentation for the 3rd stages of the project implementation has been received.
