Project description

The newly established Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg, a prestigious five-star hotel, is located in a historic mansion on Isaakievskaya Square, adjacent to the Mariinsky Palace. This mansion holds a captivating history, with records dating back to 1802. It was once the private residence of John Quincy Adams, the first-ever United States ambassador to the Russian Empire and later the sixth President of America. In the mid-19th century, the mansion was acquired by Mrs. Yakunchikova, an esteemed honorary citizen of St. Petersburg, who initiated the building's reconstruction.
The design of the hotel's 150 rooms has been meticulously crafted. The interior features a harmonious blend of various elements, such as different types of marble and natural wood. Luxurious Italian furniture, exquisite German textiles, and English carpets made from 100% wool add to the ambiance. The rooms also offer guests a choice of 11 different pillows, each filled with unique materials like goose down, sheep wool, or a blend of lavender and mint. The hotel places great emphasis on providing high-quality cosmetics, with Molton Brown guest kits available in all rooms and BVLGARI products provided in the suites.
To enhance the grandeur of the hotel, a magnificent chandelier made of coloured glass has been specially crafted for the lobby. Additionally, a striking five-meter-long painting depicting the Church of the Saviour on Blood adorns the hotel's premises, adding to its artistic allure.
