The ACADEMIA Boutique Hotel has been awarded the Golden Trezzini Award

The St. Petersburg mansion of A.P. Shuvalov (E.A. Vorontsova-Dashkova) at 10 Mokhovaya Street, restored by an investor, was awarded the platinum diploma of the Golden Trezzini International Architectural and design award in the nomination "The best realized project of adaptation of an object of cultural heritage".
The ACADEMIA Mansion SHUVALOFF Boutique Hotel is recognized by award experts as one of the most striking examples of the successful renovation of a historic building that combines the comfort necessary for a modern tourist and respect for the traditions of the past.
The investor of the project, the ACADEMIA Group of companies, is a partner of St. Petersburg, with which an agreement of intent was signed at SPIEF 2025 for the implementation of projects to adapt cultural heritage sites for modern use as hotels with the necessary infrastructure. To date, the company has already completed four projects in historical buildings and windows in St. Petersburg totaling more than 3 billion rubles.
More than 11,000 guests have already visited the ACADEMIA Mansion Boutique Hotel since its opening in 2024. Investments in the restoration and launch of the facility amounted to more than 1.1 billion rubles. The implementation of the project corresponds to the task of "Preserving historical heritage and supporting culture" of the program "10 priorities for the development of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg".
The project also received the honorary badge of the Government of St. Petersburg "Investor of the Year-2025" in the field of cultural heritage preservation.
