The Fund of assistance to crediting of small and medium business

The Fund was established by Decree of the government of St. Petersburg N 1059 of 28.08.2007 with the purpose of developing in St. Petersburg a system of small business lending, a system of guarantees and sureties for the obligations of small and medium-sized businesses based on credit agreements, loan agreements and leasing.

NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION "FUND FOR ASSISTANCE IN LENDING TO SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES, MICROFINANCE ORGANIZATION"

support provided:

• Providing microloans to small and medium-sized businesses in the amount of up to 3 million rubles for a period of up to 2 years, the interest rate of 10% per annum (for production of small and medium-sized businesses 5% per annum), without additional Commission payments.
• Providing sureties of the Fund under small and medium-sized businesses credit agreements at the rate of 0.75% per annum of the guarantee amount
