The Tauride Garden’s greenhouses renovation competition has been published

The official website https://torgi.gov.ru published tender documentation on December 13, 2019 for the right to sign a concession agreement on the social and cultural purpose object reconstruction and operation, located on Potemkinskaya street, 2, letters D, Zh, E, Kirochnaya street, 50, letter D.

The potential investors’ requests are accepted from December 17, 2019 to February 5, 2020. Both compliance with the technical and economic facility’s indicators (at least 60% of the area should be occupied by greenhouses and leisure facilities), as well as the reconstruction period and annual concession fee amount will become the competition criteria. A concession agreement is proposed for 49 years.

A potential investor must create a socio-cultural facility with three greenhouses (at least 1000 square meters), exhibition and concert halls in the Tauride Garden in the period up to 34 months, according to the tender documentation.

A multifunctional modern public space will be created as the Tauride Garden territory renovation result. The new facility’s functions will be exhibition activities (including the plants demonstration), films rental and screening, theater and opera performances organization and production, concerts and other stage performances, children's educational and entertainment sections, cultural events, recreation and entertainment as well.
